Submitting the existing HOL Guard plugin-scanner Agent Skill for marketplace indexing.

Description: Scan AI agent skills, plugins, MCP servers, and agent tooling for prompt injection, unsafe commands, secret exposure, and supply-chain risks before installing or trusting them.

The skill is portable across Agent Skills-compatible clients and uses the open-source HOL Guard plugin-scanner locally. Guard Cloud is not required. The workflow explicitly avoids executing the target repository or its install/lifecycle scripts just to inspect it.

I searched the CLI repository and existing issues for hol-guard, HOL Guard, and plugin-scanner and did not find an existing submission.
