I tried the documented command:

npx -y agent-skills-cli submit-repo ASI2030/Fact-Check-X

The CLI fetched the public repository and found all 5 skills, but the submission backend returned GitHub API error: 403 — repo "ASI2030/Fact-Check-X" not found. The CLI points to this repository as the fallback.
