Just tried the documented submit-repo command for reliefeai/browser-relay. It found skills/browser-relay/SKILL.md, but the submit API returned GitHub API error: 403 even though the repo is public. The CLI points here as the fallback—could you add it to the index when you get a chance? Thanks.
