Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Thankfully, most if not all of the tests already are written against the API rather than against unexported fields or methods This should be a relatively small change that further reinforces this black box approach See: https://pkg.go.dev/cmd/go@master#hdr-Test_packages
